Its just a whole bunch of slightly better than average cutscenes and horse riding occasionally interrupted by a shooting gallery mini game where all you to is tap L1 and R1 to win.

Rockstar have never made a game that had fun shooting, but they keep making games in genres that have a lot of shooting.

I just think they put all the effort into the cutscenes and the graphics and forgot about everything else that made it a video game. There's so much they could have done with the genre, but they streamlined everything so much that it just doesn't feel like a video game anymore, just something that could have been on a tablet.
