GOG don't use DRM, you can download the installer from the website to your HD and install it locally, play it, mod it etc. without ever logging in again. (Although this release does have a built in mod manager that if you want to use you would need to log into a Bethesda account - that said it is only for multiplayer/mod downloads, and you can do those easily enough by using the provided files from GOG alongside a different SourcePort such as GZDoom).
