Seems it's just a threat, he probably doesn't actually know her location, since it was via a public tweet. Otherwise, he would just sent the message directly to her house. I did hear that apparently he has been caught, although, I haven't heard anything about what Japan government and police department will do about him (he did threat the PM as well, would be odd if he was just let go).

And for the Nene one, it seems it was a random break-in that didn't specifically target her, it just so happens that it was her house that the man broke into.
