Topic	Can i report someone voting for a state they no longer live in?

I knew people who hadnt been in their state in 20+ years yet voted and paid taxes and were still registered to those states. I would assume any civilian would be the same and it would come down to where they were registered. It is different for military because there are laws specifically protecting your right to retain domicile in your HOR if you're moving due to PCS orders.
