Poorer communities (and by communities at large I mean countries in general) already have more children than rich ones. So that's actually just inaccurate. They're going on with a flawed premise.

Poor people can't even afford to watch porn because they may not have the time or resources to do so.

None of their plans will make people start having children. The reason it's not working in the US is because corporations have made it unviable. You don't have enough time, money and several politicians want to strip away protections for people to be more likely to have a child and not care.

If you strip away these things, all you'll see are things like coat hanger abortions making a comeback.
