Normally, yes, however OH recently overwhelmingly made abortion a constitutional right through voting and Vance is one of the most vehemently anti-choice sacks of shit out there. For Ohio voters, it would logically be him going, "Lol yeah FUCK OH VOTERS, we're all about the Christo-fascism, son" I think OH will stay red, however it's not going to be because Trump chose Vance.
