Because Trump and parts of the far right media (where Trump got the idea from) insisted that he's guilty. Also, yeah, he's a Hollywood Liberal and IIRC has criticized Trump (oh noes!) So naturally he's one of the (albeit less common) celebrities implicated by Qanon as a Satanist blood-drinking pedophile among other things, since of course anyone who doesn't support Trump HAS to be an evil person. ...
