Nominate this for most out there part of the conspiracy theory honestly To be clear. I think they're stupid in some ways but not in others. Again I point to legislative stock market portfolios. They clearly know how to exploit the systems we have now. A more intelligent governing body probably doesn't have these problems in world economy/tensions escalate to the point where these measures are needed ("needed") but the current regime certainly shows they're intelligent enough to exploit very well. --- No problem!
