Leonhart covered it pretty well. Just a lame villain. Escapes the absolute bottom tier by worse characters existing. Mimi - 3 Others in this series do this trope better so she feels kinda pointless. Hotti - 4 He's fine? I dunno. He does what he's meant to, which isn't something I particularly want but hey, and more importantly doesn't show up that much. I can't really fault him --- No problem!
