Even though he wasn't as "big" of a villain in comparison to other big bads in the show, he's a top tier villain for me. One of the best best con man/double agent/back-stabbing-assholes ever. True commitment to his role, and Okiku desperately trying to reach out to his humanity in some way, but not being able to cause there's no humanity left, then killing him.... Brutal.
