If you're asking in good faith, my friend lives in Cambodia and he can't make a PSN account there so he would effectively lose access to a game he puts hundreds of hours in. He could just ask for a refund, but he really really loves the game and it would overall would've sucked for him to put that many hours into a game. Yeah. Sorry. Didnt think of that. I really am kind of out of it with this whole thing. Didnt realize it would be different in other countries.
