Honestly I like the video and I like the guy, I just don't think he's going to move any mountains with this stuff. It's very cool as a DIY documentary.

He seems to have an autistic obsession with this that sort of drives itself, which I respect.

Well, I give him far more respect than I do the water engine crowd, and his core audience seems less conspiratorial than his YT shorts commenters. They're just being nice and supportive.

It means that the guy's full of figurative crap, because he advertises his invention as one that defies the universe's laws of energy conservation.
I think what he's trying to say is that he's recovered more energy from the plastic via fuel than what he put into the machine to create it. So I guess if he had unlimited junk plastic, he would just have unlimited fuel now. That's cool, I guess.
