archizzy 04/28/24 3:38:22 PM #8:	Nope. I have seen a comprehensive study have done by Johns Hopkins and they show there is virtually no detectable benefit to taking a multi-vitamin. No real harm either so if you think it is doing you good the only thing you are really impacting is your wallet so go for it if you want to literally piss the vitamins away.
