They just weigh, measure and check blood preasure and heart rate in my experience. Never had to do a "full" physical. They do it every time you go to your annual check up, no other Doctor's visit will do that unless you're about to have surgery. Or maybe if it involves your heart and blood.

Also, even if they have you do blood work, it probably won't be same day, they'll put in an order for you to go have it drawn either down the hall or at another third-party like a week or two prior to your visit so they have the results.
