Why is it a bad idea to give people some of the help they need just because we can't give them all the help they need? It's not that, but the guy said money would solve it, then even admitted it wouldn't help everyone. There's a myriad of things that lead to people not having a bed to sleep in. Root causes need to be addressed or you simply encounter the same problem over and over again.
