The facts that could have outed this juror were widely reported, so that's a strike on the media as a whole. The trial is a circus, and there is a media feeding frenzy. The judicial system is not equipped to deal with either a circus act or a rich and powerful defendant, and the problem is greatly magnified when the rich defendant is a lifelong media whore.
