| cjsdowg 04/08/24 9:24:24 AM #8: | I am trying to hit my work out harder to make up for it. I cut back on cardio since I could not walk. But since I am walking again I am going back in full force. And I am cutting down my intake. No more then 500 Cals. I have to get back to my downward trend .
