I mean, okay, real talk: there are no fighters with E cups. You burn fat by fighting and boobs are fat. I mean, there are girthy athletes (such as sumo and other competitive sports of a similar nature), but those individuals are big all around. Not just in the chest area.

That said, there are people with dynamite dimensions in real life. I have a feeling that they're not allowed to join the games regardless of whether or not they're physically active. "Realistic" means there are four body types: muscular, fat, petite, and modest/average. You can strike a line through voluptuous because that type is a sexist male myth.
