They've constantly been going to Amarillo and filing lawsuits since there's only one federal judge for the district, he gets to change US Law. He's the same piece of shit who ultimately banned abortion pills nation wide. It's a bullshit system time and time again abused by Republicans like Ken Paxton when suing Biden or the US Government. Stripping that away doesn't completely stop Republican horse shit, but it's definitely a step in the right direction.
