The issue is that when you do that you're suddenly going to stop running into destroy decks lol. There's a reason that Destroy has consistently been one of the top decks in the game since basically day 1 despite having 1000 counters. Yeah it's strong but those counters have lots of utility against other decks too. Armor protects against Killmonger and Shang Chi. Cosmo stops all types of cards (duh). Mobius stops Quinjet and She Hulk. Shadow King stops Sunspot and Move. Also as a big nerd, I heard of all those new characters lol.
