Trump defamed E. Jean Carroll again. I wonder if she'll sue a 3rd time Realistically she already has had grounds for a third suit against Trump. The recent trial was actually the first defamation suit that she filed. It just for various reasons wound up taking place after her second suit was tried. While the stuff that took place after the first trial was used as evidence to show that Trump wasn't going to stop, the recent trial had nothing to do with it. Trump has not been held accountable for any of it. If after the second trial Trump kept his mouth shut she probably would have assumed Trump got the message and let him slide.
