like, it's wrong, but they might not know how much of a violation of privacy it can be because the images "aren't real". plus, they grew up in this digital space, which might make them feel like it's not affecting anyone. I'm not saying they shouldn't be disciplined, or that they should get away with it because "they're just kids", but there are some things they're still learning that we might take for granted as adults. I do agree that they should be removed from the victims, by maybe transferring, but they should also have to take some kind of sensitivity training/workshop.
