Like, wtf, dude. I get you want to make it "seem fair", but the law shouldn't care about that and right-wingers most definitely don't care about that, so who are you doing this for? From what I understand, it was likely to be moved there anyway, even if he got the indictment in DC. It would have been all of the delays you see in his DC case on top of Trump delaying it even more with his attempt to get the case moved to Florida.
