Topic	What are some good Pokemon to train up in HGSS?

I'm playing Leaf Green with the intent of collecting things to send over to HGSS. It has a Master Ball from Pal Park yesterday so I'm thinking of using this game's Master Ball on Zapdos until I get one with a good ability. I'm trying to think of more things to do on HGSS.
