Topic	What are some good Pokemon to train up in HGSS?

Does Dragonite have anything over a choice scarf Outrage spamming Garchomp? I should have said this is an old file that already has a handful of the usual suspects (Skarm, Gyarados, Scizor, the predictable stuff). The Rotom I'm training is from 2010.
