However, I did once work somewhere where we kept all our own tips, and once when I had a particularly high earning day, it was suddenly suggested that we should pool our tips. That wasnt going to happen. Either you go into the shift knowing that you will share tips, or you dont share them. this was a restaurant? i kinda side with you.
