Topic	Electric ovens vs gas ovens
Xenogears15 02/25/24 1:16:54 PM #15:	I honestly did not know that electric ovens were a thing, but it makes sense. I may want one, once we get a condo. I don't think I'll EVER get an induction range though, because I'm too terrified of cracking the glass and then needing to buy a new one (I tend to slam my pans on my stove a lot out of habit: dunno if I cpuld get out of that). I do recognize that they are superior in bringing water to boil when compared to gas stoves, though. What makes electric ovens so good/bad?
