Some traces just aren't worth maxing, especially on some older characters. This is true on basic attack for most characters of course, but even some skills, talents, and ultimates just don't actually change what matters much for those last few jumps.

Again, excluding basic, DoT characters typically have pretty strong maxing viability, more than most. Bronya is a good one to max if you're running 161+ speed. I'd have to go over the rest to see.
