Topic	Best state in the US?

Both cities and rural areas, decent climate that doesn't get too cold or hot, nice variety of terrain and geography, cost of living isn't out of control for most of the state, some coastline, cultural and historical significance to the country. Not super low on any of the usual state metrics.
