I would have liked to use that to visit places I've never been to, so there goes that idea. Time stop seems completely broken though. I don't know how long 1d4+1 turns in a row is, but it seems adequate to buy you extra time to think, or make decisions in a tight spot. If you're on a job interview, or a date, you can give yourself time to always come up with the perfect response. Not to mention, being able to cheat at card games. So you'd have wealth to go along with it. It just seems to have so much more utility.
The casting requirements for Time Stop are verbal. You would not be successful at cheating at cards even if you ignore security cameras/observant others. Not to mention the others would also likely fail.
