imagine using only one type of cheese I have different cheeses for different things. American is a must for grilled cheese my preference for burgers but I will do cheddar sometimes and provolone wasn't bad. Cheddar is also my go to for eating it by itself though mozzerla is damn good too. For sandwiches I will use American if it's all I got but I prefer stuff like havarti Muenster provolone. Mac and cheese I prefer the pre packaged velveta stuff but cheddar is good too. I could go on. --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ...
