Theres absolutely nothing in reds role text to suggest he has an opportunity to heal her and save her the following night. So in that scenario theres no way he goes and heals her because everything known about the game suggests it would be a complete waste.
and so its just this massively hidden mechanic of regular doctor healing poison instantly that everyone apparently believes is obviously what happened? because apparently thats more likely than anyone ever trying to kill the LOWLY changmas who is so irrelevant that no one would ever DREAM of removing him from the game --- The Artist Formerly Known as Hannyabal ...
