My wife actually knew someone who died skydiving-her chute just didnt open and that was it. I am not jumping out of a perfectly good plane. Damn, yeah that it scary. A cousin of mine in IA is a skydiving instructor and I've thought about doing it at least once in my life, but real stories such as that and KotH have traumatized me. Westernwolf4 posted... Honest to God-I was in a hot air balloon crash once. We lost control trying to land and the gondola flipped over and everything. I just had bumps and bruises, but the pilot broke his arm.
