After her order the other day Smith wanted to file a motion for her to reconsider and before he filed said motion he wanted to file an additional document to back up his motion for reconsideration however he wanted to file it so only Cannon sees it. Cannon agreed to allow this and Smith filed his motion Thursday. Friday evening Cannon ordered that Smith give the document to Trump and it had to be done on Saturday.
Anytime something gets filed in this manner, the judge will usually review it and may elect to allow the other side to see it. However considering her bias toward Trump, the fact that she gave the order Friday evening, and that she expects it to be done Saturday suggests her plan all along was to never keep it away from Trump. --- I wish I was over yonder with my cronies The above sig was made so I could put yonder and cronies in a sig ...
