Yes happened to 2 people I know. Both were 70+. One bled out internally. The other had his colon punctured. They had to repair it. He spent 4 months in a nursing home recovering. I checked to see if he was alive and since my partner had died in 2020. I wanted to see if he I could visit and talk about my partner and old times ( they were coworkers and good friends). Sadly I heard he passed away in 2022. He lived a long life 87 isn't too bad Still get checked. It's rare something bad happens --- I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me.
