Incidentally, the reason I don't go is because it causes things like this to happen. And furthermore, it makes waiters have a nasty tendency to treat people that "look poor" worse. Which leads to them getting inferior tips for inferior service, and then they have the same attitude that this hockey person has about it. Nothing good came from tipping culture, so I just pass on eating out altogether.
