In the UK, you can go into almost any pub in the country (there are thousands of them), and the chances are you'll find a very large menu full of fresh food cooked from scratch on the premises. Thing is I live in America. And it wasn't just one Irish pub but two and they both had killer food fresh cooked. Not just fresh cooked but these people really knew how to cook.
