How the hell did I forget garlic? I never think of it as a vegetable. Garlic is goddamn delicious, roast it and then mix it with butter and spices, spread it on some fresh bread, you have the best garlic bread you'll ever eat. It's also fantastic plain and roasted, and the smell, oh god the smell of garlic. If it was kosher, I'd make a cologne out of garlic.
you can never have too much garlic.
I will put it in everything, even when it doesn't call for it.
