Ratings used to make the profits, but now merchandise does. Of which the guys who are great or get over sell a ton of it. So nothing to worry on the quality getting worse.
Where does that leave heels like Jericho who refuse to sell merchandise because they don't want to be liked?
Admittedly, I think that's only Jericho, and he's a special case.
