They have practically never booked anyone stronger ever. Even this summer he got a clean win over Punk. He's beaten everyone and convincingly at one point or another.
That was not even close to a clean win <_< Way worse than either of the Punk/Cena matches, Punk/HHH had three different dudes run in to start attacking everyone.
