It can be done! Remember this time about 4 years ago we had a Raw featuring Cena/Trips/Taker/Kane vs. Orton/JBL/Edge/Chavo. The result? Edge wins for his team after spearing Kane.
Out of those 5 heels and faces, for the heels to win, it'd probably be Henry/Kane pinning Orton/Big Show. No way does Punk, Sheamus, or Cena take a job 24 hours after Mania.
