So glad I'm not the only one that noticed this.
Yes, Rock made his jokes and smiled and all that s***... when Cena wasn't around.
But every time they were in the ring, Rock never broke character. Never smiled. Always looked focus and ready.
Cena SAID all the right things, but when he was in the ring with Rock he'd make that stupid s***-eating grin and spend more time playing with the audience than addressing The Rock. Sure, he'd get fired up and intense at times, but there was one image that seemed pretty important to me: as RAW is going off the air, you have Cena and Rock face to face. Rock is staring intensely. Cena is smirking.
Maybe creative will run with this. Doubtful, but I'm just glad Cena losing keeps us from returning to the status quo.
Youre a bloody fool if you think that Cenas no going to be pursuing the world title after or at ER. This changes nothing. Cena will be the same and nothing will change, except now all of us are confirmed kayfabe morons for still liking wrestling and Cena.
