The Good - Cheating in Counter-Strike
The Xbox received a port of Counter-Strike: Condition Zero that was essentially Xbox Live-only. To fix an obvious problem that the platform presented, the port didn't allow for a player to speak through their mic when they died. For those who don't know, you can view the present whereabouts of any player when you die.
Me and my friend, Jon, decided to circumvent that by calling each other. Our favorite maps were Miami and Office. In those maps, there are lots of rooms and objects to get cover from. In other words, the terrorists, since those were hostage maps, would often hide and wait for counter-terrorists to appear and attempt to save the hostages.
If either me or Jon died, we would just tell the other one where the terrorists were hiding so we could get the jump on them. It worked most of the time and we couldn't help but laugh at how much we loved being jerks in that game.
We only did it for about a week, but it was fun while it lasted.
