Nope. You have to keep the same class.

I edited it so Ashley survived and I'm going to stick with Liara this time around, but what class should I try out?
What class were you originally? Infiltrator is my class, forever and always. It's the best. But Engineer, Vanguard, and Adept are really fun as well.
