- the grey lady (who???) coming out of nowhere with a sad backstory about ravenclaw's diadem
i remember the grey lady from the books. there was some definite foreshadowing of it IIRC, i think harry saw the diadem when he was in the room during the sixth book and just didn't think anything of it.
plus the grey lady was played by kelly macdonald who i am mildly in love with so she was a pleasant surprise
