Texas may be the eight largest economy in the world, Westbrick, but California is the FIFTH largest. So it has the advantage there.
Straight up? I had no idea. May have to rethink my position!
I'd still bank on Texas though, if only because having an advantage in the energy industry is like having Dual CO Power in Advance Wars.
