Excadrill doesn't seem that OP, but okay I guess. I don't really "do" the competitive scene, so I guess I just don't understand why.
Sand Rush DOUBLES its speed in Sand. 135 base attack and can get off a SD really easily. You can give it a balloon to raise its chances since it gets rid of one of its weaknesses. Start beasting.
