What are the chances that Luis could both shorten the day and limit the night to only Scum actions?
whoever shortened day had to have used his ability N1
whoever shut down town&SK night activity also had to have used that ability N1, as I dont see why scum would get a day action (Or a Jack that has day and night actions)
so I dont think Luis shortened the day either
