At that height that's not as much as it sounds. Especially if you assume she's got some muscle mass, which weighs more per volume.
But there's also the fact that the Japanese are terrible at giving characters realistic measurements. I mean if she's 6'3", Snake is like 6'6", and everyone else in Other M is a f***ing giant.
Snake is 6'6"?! What?! But he's like average in his games, wouldn't that make like every single character except Fatman over 6'2"?
