Just got one thing to say about a game I just played with my cousin:
Veigar is glorious. I've never seen an enemy team rage so hard. Especially not at me. Our last game was an hour of pure glory. He's hilariously OP but nobody knows how to use him right so he doesn't get nerfed. (And two people on the enemy team announced that they are planning on raging on the Riot forums, which I find hilarious.)
he's not really OP because all his damage is against one target and then he has stupid cooldowns on top of that. his q is his only really consistent source of damage. sure he can nuke an AP or brittle whenever he wants, but that's all he really brings other than event horizon. leblanc is a far better nuker because she can escape better, has better burst, and far lower cooldowns
